Terms of Use
Please read these terms before you use IranRFQ.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. What IranRFQ is
IranRFQ is an online directory and request-for-quotation (RFQ) service that helps international buyers find Iranian manufacturers and exporters and talk to them.
IranRFQ is not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a supplier. We do not handle payments between them, hold goods or funds, arrange shipping or guarantee that an order will be fulfilled.
2. Accounts
You need an account to submit an RFQ, send messages or manage a supplier profile. Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.
You must be at least 18 and acting for yourself or for a business that you are authorised to represent.
3. Buyers
Send only genuine requests. Do not use RFQs or messages to advertise, to collect supplier details for other purposes, or to harass suppliers.
4. Suppliers and verification
Your supplier profile, products and certificates must be accurate and you must be entitled to publish them. A new supplier profile is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly, and we may reject, hide or suspend a profile that does not meet these terms.
A "verified" label means we checked certain documents at one point in time. It is not a guarantee of quality, reliability or legal status. Buyers should do their own checks before placing an order.
5. Fees
IranRFQ is currently free to use. We may introduce paid services for suppliers, such as pay-per-lead, pay-per-click or pre-paid wallet credit. The price and conditions of any paid service will be shown to you before you use it, and nothing is charged without your prior use of that service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or use IranRFQ for fraud, impersonation or misleading offers;
- upload malware or files you have no right to share;
- scrape, copy or resell the directory, or try to get around rate limits and access controls;
- interfere with the service or with other users' accounts.
7. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post (profiles, product listings, images, RFQs, messages). You give us permission to store, display and deliver it as needed to run the service, including showing active supplier profiles and products publicly.
8. Messages and translation
Messages may be translated automatically. Automatic translation can be wrong. The original text is always kept and is the version that counts. Confirm prices, quantities, specifications and delivery terms in writing before relying on them.
9. Trade rules and sanctions
Buyers and suppliers are each responsible for following the export, import, customs, licensing, payment and sanctions laws that apply to them and to their transaction. IranRFQ does not give legal or compliance advice and does not process payments between users.
We may restrict or close accounts, or refuse a request, where we think it is needed to comply with the law.
10. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using IranRFQ at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk.
11. Disclaimers and liability
IranRFQ is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for the conduct of buyers or suppliers, for what they publish, or for any agreement or loss between them.
To the extent the law allows, IranRFQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before it.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell signed-in users. Using IranRFQ after a change means you accept it.
